About Us

The Maine Women's Network is a statewide resource for building professional and personal relationships among women who want to connect and make a difference--in the workplace, in the community and across the state.

We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization comprised of a State Board of Directors and four chapters: Androscoggin, Midcoast, Greater Portland,  and Western Maine. The chapters operate interdependently with the State Board of Directors and the Maine Women's Network organizational policies and procedures.

Each chapter is responsible for its own monthly programming, public relations and local projects. The chapters form a networked system through sharing resources, ideas, and working together to develop and promote State-wide initatives and events.

We look forward to creating more chapters.  Contact Us about starting a chapter in your part of Maine--be a part of "Connecting Maine Women from Kittery to Fort Kent.
