Christina Stathopoulos, Founder and Head Coach of Hear Her Roar
Every day, women face situations that require using negotiation skills as a way to get things done in the workplace -- resolving conflicts, reaching agreements, earning raises, etc. Focusing exclusively on the issue, however, can lead to long, drawn-out conversations with less than fruitful results. This presentation offers a practical approach to deal with both the issues and the interpersonal dynamics that can prevent people from getting to yes.
Learn how to:
- Recognize the two components of negotiation -- the substance and the connection.
- Identify ways you may be getting in your own way before negotiation even begins.
- Plan a strategy to negotiate in a way that is personally authentic.
